Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

4

egg whites

pinch

salt

200g

sugar

200g

coconut flakes

1 teasp.

lemon juice

 

wafer papers


Preparation

Beat the egg whites with the salt.

Add the sugar and lemon juice.

Carefully add the coconut flakes.

With a spoon or decorating bag, form the macaroons on backing paper or wafer papers.

Bake at 150°C.

 

With the remaining egg  yolks you can make for example Cookies.
