15g cocoa

Preparation

White dough:

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the rest and knead all together.

Dark dough:

Mix all the dry ingredients. Then add the rest and knead all together.

 

Roll the dough and shape cookies just as you like.

Bake at 175°C.


With the remaining egg whites you can make for example Coconut Macaroons.
