Lemon Raffaello

Ingredients

400g

sugar

1

vanilla sugar

250ml

milk

3 tablesp.

starch

50ml

milk

250g

margarine

300g

coconut flakes

1

lemon (juice)

 

almonds (blanched)

 

coconut flakes


Preparation

Cook 250ml milk with sugar and vanilla sugar.

Mix the starch with 50ml milk and add it to the boiling milk.

Stir until you get something like pudding, then remove from the stove.

Add margarine, when it's melted, add the coconut flakes.

Put it in the fridge for several hours or over night.

Shape little balls and add one almond in the middle of each ball.

Turn the balls in coconut flakes.
