Lasagne alla Kebab

Ingredients

Filling:

kebab meat

canned tomatoes (diced)

oregano

 

grated cheese

Dough:

ca. 250g

flour

 

salt

 

water


Preparation

Heat up the kebab meat with the olive oil.

Add the onions, stir-fry and then add the garlic, the diced tomatoes and the canned tomatoes.

Cook until the tomatoes are done, don't forget to stir.

Add salt, pepper, chili and oregano to taste.

Finally, add the sour cream.

 

While the filling is cooking, prepare the dough layers.

Knead the dough, split into 3-4 pieces and roll the pieces to the size of the baking dish for the lasagne.

Put a baking plate on the lowest level in the oven, bake the dough first on one side, then on the other side.

 

Grease the baking dish with olive oil. Put in one piece of dough, then one layer of the filling, again the dough and the filling until nothing is left. The last layer should be the grated cheese.

Bake at 200°C until the cheese is golden brown.
