Steamed Chocolate Bread 巧克力馒头

Ingredients

white dough:

250g

flour

125ml

lukewarm water

0.5 packet

dry yeast

3 tablesp.

sugar

dark dough:

250g

flour

125ml

lukewarm water

0.5 packet

dry yeast

3 tablesp.

sugar

2-3 tablesp. cocoa

Preparation

Knead the ingredients for each dough, cover with a plastic wrap or a lid and let it rise for about 1 hour in a warm place.

Roll out the doughs about the same size, put the dark on the light dough and roll. Cut the "role" in same size pieces.

Cook about 15-20min in the steamer, I had to a bamboo steamer, but you can also use any other steamer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Food_steamer).

The pieces should be cooked on baking paper and it is important that you pay attention if there is always enough water in the pot / wok.
