Pide

Ingredients

Dough:

 

flour

 

lukewarm water + some milk

 

dried yeast

 

salt

 

some oil

Filling:

 

minced meat

 

onions

 

peppers (diced)

 

tomatoes (sieved)

  hot pepper powder
  garlic
  salt
  pepper
  oregano

Preparation

Knead the dough and put it on a warm place.

Stir-fry the onions and add the meat.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the meat is done.

Cut the dough into several pieces (how many pieces you'll get depends on the amount of dough).

Shape "boats".

Put some meat in the middle of the dough and fold both sides so that the Pide looks as in the picture.

Bake at 200°C.
