Ingredients

Biscuit:

50g

margarine

250g

sugar

vanilla sugar

egg yolks

300g flour

baking powder

200ml

milk

2

egg whites (beaten)

Glaze:

200ml

milk

100g

dark chocolate

250g

sugar

200g

margarine

 

 

Other:
  coconut flakes

Preparation

For the biscuit, mix all the ingredients (follow the order in the list) and add the beaten egg whites at the end. 

Bake at 175°C.

When the biscuit is done, cook the glaze. Just mix all the ingredients and cook until it boils.

Cut the cold biscuit into cubes and dip them one by one in the hot glaze and roll them immediately in the coconut flakes.
